Launch Class: Communicate with Charisma, Clarity and Compassion: The fastest way to become a more effective communicator centers around understanding body language, clearing out cluttered wording and becoming a more active listener. In this interactive session, learn:

  • How and why to get rid of filler words and to purge weak phrases. We’ll reveal the top culprits and how to take charge of them.
  • To harness confident body language and read what other people are “saying” before the words come out.
  • Hacks to listen to retain instead of to respond and how to tame interrupters.

Virtual Meetings Made Real: How to make the screen separating us feel forgotten
Whether you are hosting or participating in an internal meeting, negotiating a contract, or closing a sale, learn how to:

  • Adjust your camera placement and lighting to showcase the best you.
  • Get out of the gate strong and win the attention of your audience.
  • Handle distractions and disruptions.
  • Curb Zoom Fatigue

Write Emails that Get Read & Get Results: Learn to compose emails in a direct, friendly standout style, starting with a subject line that commands attention. We’ll reveal how to cut the length of your messaging in half and double the impact. Find out what words and phrases to avoid, ways to say “no” without negativity and how to create interest and get results. We’ll dissect sample emails as a group and rewrite them together.

Leveraging LinkedIn: In this makeover course, learn how to tweak your LinkedIn profile to have a magnetic storytelling style. We’ll use one person’s page at a time as an example and will make changes in real time. This workshop is as much about content as strategy on how to leverage LinkedIn to create and strengthen connections.

Present with Presence: We will walk everyone through our TALLsmall way of building an effective presentation, utilizing storytelling, conversational wording and a three bullet style. We will reveal tips on how to to pivot when needed and how to have a strong ending. Participants will be challenged to mini presentations for feedback.

Self-Talk & Communication: The villain that often throws hurdles in our paths is not someone else. When we get stressed, it's our own self-talk that fills our brains with running commentary to the tune of “They won’t like my idea,” “I’ll never get this project done in time,” or “This will never work.” It's time to silence that voice when it creeps up. In this interactive workshop, learn how to take control of your self talk. Ensure that it helps you soar instead of sabotaging yourself.

Networking to Get Noticed: Participants will leave with a standout, authentic elevator introduction that is built from what drives each person in life. These intros are not memorized scripts, but rather will include keywords (specific to each person) that become the GPS points to navigate when delivering an introduction. We’ll also touch on easy-to-use strategies to transform conversations from surface chatter to meaningful engagements at networking events.

Spy Games: How to Decode Personality Types to Boost Communication: Get ready to crack some codes. We'll lead your team through an exercise to understand four main personality types and will discuss how to decode your own and that of others, with the understanding that we all shift among categories based on the events occurring around us, time of day, our mood, etc... . We will demonstrate how having this understanding of ourselves, our colleagues and clients results in better communication and less friction.

The Art of Negotiation: People think of this skill as something that takes years to learn and only exists in a boardroom. We negotiate in every interaction. In this interactive, role playing session, your team will learn the art of compromise in settling differences, how to create the best possible outcomes for their position and to lower the odds of dispute. Everyone will leave with tips on what words and body language are most effective, how to answer difficult questions without becoming flustered, how to identify entry points for compromise and to become a better listener.

Attention Management: Hurdling Organizational Obstacles & Improving Efficiency: The idea of time management is outdated. Attention management is the strategy to keep control in a world where we are being inundated with new information and requests from multiple platforms.
We will guide your team through our process of shedding a lengthy to-do list and a classic office board cluttered with tasks and instead focus on three top priorities at a time. The result is increased efficiency, easier time tracking and a style that lends itself to single tasking over multi-task juggling. Learn why we procrastinate and gain strategies to prevent it. Each person will make a commitment at the end of the session on what to Stop, Start, Continue and Change when it comes to attention management.
